Hi 😄 my name is Aggie
     I have been a PE teacher*, sports instructor (coach) and personal trainer for 15 years. I have always loved outdoor activities since my childhood and choose  the outdoors as one of my favorite places to train. My passions include windsurfing, skiing and snowboarding. I attained my certification and in 1999 graduated from the Academy of Physical Education with top marks in Warsaw Poland. After graduating it has been a passion of mine to improve peoples lifestyle choices through fitness training bringing happiness to everyones life one step at a time.
